The XPLOSIVE Campaign 2025 is IJM Land’s latest initiative designated to offer home or property ownership with an exclusive “FREE Stay up to 4 Years*” offer – Owning a property has never been this easy!

Through this campaign, members of public are invited to visit IJM Land’s sales galleries nationwide to explore over 30 IJM Land’s participating projects and discover the XPLOSIVE Deals, XPLOSIVE Prizes, and XPLOSIVE Surprises (Blind Box), featuring exclusive rewards such as first class flights and a luxurious holiday tour for two (2) persons.
 

XPLOSIVE Campaign 2025 runs from 29 October 2025 to 31 March 2026.
 

There are more than 30 IJM Land’s participating projects across Malaysia. The full list can be viewed here.
 

To be eligible for prizes and rewards entries under the XPLOSIVE Campaign 2025, the following criteria must be met:
i. Buyers must register and secure their preferred IJM Land properties during the XPLOSIVE Campaign 2025 period;
ii. Buyers must comply and fulfil all registration requirements and sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement of the property buyers purchased within the stipulated timeframe;
iii. Existing IJM Land buyers who wish to purchase additional IJM Land properties during the EXPLOSIVE Campaign 2025 are eligible, provided all terms and conditions are met; and
iv. The IJM Land properties purchased must not be acquired through sub-sale transactions and/or bulk purchases by any real estate agents;
v. Employees of IJM Corporation Berhad and its subsidiaries, including their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
 

XPLOSIVE Deals offers buyers a list of financial perks when purchasing selected IJM Land’s participating projects, including:

XPLOSIVE Prizes offers eligible buyers exclusive travel packages, including first class flights and vacations for two (2) persons to London, Melbourne, or Maldives, worth up to RM228,000! Winners will be selected in accordance with the terms and conditions of the XPLOSIVE Prizes and eligibility criteria.
 

If you have executed the sale and purchase agreement for the property purchased under any of the IJM Land’s participating projects on or before 31^st March 2026, you shall be entitled to one (1) entry to participate in the XPLOSIVE Prizes.
 

If you cancel or withdraw your purchase during the XPLOSIVE Campaign 2025 period, your eligibility to participate in the XPLOSIVE Prizes shall be automatically revoked. If the Sale and Purchase Agreement for the purchased property is terminated for any reason prior to the XPLOSIVE Prizes redemption, your eligibility for the XPLOSIVE Prize shall be forfeited.
 

It is an activity where members of public are invited to visit any one (1) of the IJM Land’s ten (11) participating sales galleries and select a blind box to redeem a free gift at the designated blind box booth. Kindly refer to Question (11) for details on how to participate.
 

The Blind Box Event is open to all individuals, visitors or walk-in customers of the IJM Land’s participating sales galleries, with valid new identity cards or passports, and who are eighteen (18) years old and above, as well as who have registered interest in one (1) or more of IJM Land’s participating projects.
 

Visit any participating IJM LAND Gallery and register your interest in one or more of IJM Land’s participating projects;
i. Visit one (1) of the IJM Land’s participating property and register your interest in one (1) or more of IJM Land’s participating projects;
ii. Snap a photo of yourself at the designated blind box booth;
iii. Post the photo on your Facebook and ensure that the post is set to public sharing or visibility;
iv. Tag @IJMLAND and hashtag #IJMLANDXPLOSIVECAMPAIGN in the post;
v. Like and follow IJM LAND official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ijmland) and the respective IJM Land’s township or any of its participating project’s gallery;
vi. Show your post to our staff, employee, or sales advisor for on the spot verification; and
vii.Select your blind box*.

If you meet the conditions stated in Question (11), you will be entitled to select one (1) blind box at the designated blind box booth. However, the gift contained in the blind box is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other benefits.

The gift available in the blind box may vary across IJM Land’s participating sales galleries and are available only while stocks last.
 

Yes. Existing IJM Land buyers who purchase any new or additional property under any of the IJM Land’s participating projects during the XPLOSIVE Campaign 2025 period are eligible to participate, provided that all terms and conditions of respective campaign or event are fulfilled.
