The #IJMXTEN Campaign, themed “Xplore Your Future Home,” is IJM Land’s latest initiative designed to offer innovative, future-ready homes. This campaign invites buyers to discover exciting rewards, exclusive offers, and lifestyle opportunities. Through #IJMXTEN, IJM Land presents its properties as the gateway to modern living, offering the chance to win a Luxury Waterfront Seaview condo at Lightwater Residences in Penang and up to RM63 million in rewards.

The XTEN campaign runs from 1st November 2024 to 10th March 2025.

The campaign features a wide selection of IJM Land properties, which can be viewed on the campaign’s dedicated microsite under the "XTEN – Participating Projects" section. Register your interest, and our sales advisors will get in touch with you.

The XTEN campaign rewards are as follows:-

• Total rewards worth up to RM63 million
• A chance to win a Luxury Seaview condo at Lightwater Residences @ The Light City in Penang* worth over RM2 Million
• A Free iPhone 16 Pro worth up to RM6, 000 for every signed SPA*.
• Interest-free instalment plans of up to 12 months*.
• SPA & Loan Legal Fees to be borne by Developer*.
• Referral Rewards*

*Terms and conditions apply. All rewards are subject to availability, and the Developer reserves the right to replace them with items of equivalent value.

i. You shall be entitled to one (1) contest entry for each property unit priced above RM500,000 that you successfully purchase and have a duly executed Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the purchased property within 21 days from the secured date.
Details and Terms and Conditions of the contest will be provided prior to the contest event.
ii. Contest shall be conducted on date, time and venue to be determined at the sole discretion of the Organiser/Developer.

To qualify for the iPhone 16 Pro reward,
i. Register and secure your preferred unit within the campaign period, and the SPA must be signed within 21 days from secured date.
ii. Additionally, participants are required to LIKE and Follow IJM Land’s social media platforms. (Facebook & Instagram)
Note: Gift handover shall be subject to Terms and Conditions set by each regional business unit.

To register your interest, visit the XTEN campaign microsite and fill in your details under the “XTEN – Register Now” section. Our sales advisors will reach out to assist you with more information on the projects that you are interested in.

The XTEN campaign offers an interest-free instalment plan for up to 12 months, applicable to all participating projects. The duration and terms may vary by project, with the maximum period being 12 months. Specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, will be explained by our sales advisors when you enquire about the properties.

If you cancel or withdraw your registration of interest in purchasing a project during the campaign, you will no longer be eligible for any rewards, including the iPhone 16 Pro or contest entries for the Luxury Waterfront Seaview condo.
Further, if for some or any reason whatsoever the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is terminated before the due handover over of the prize the Purchaser(‘s) shall lose and /or forfeit the Purchaser(‘s) eligibility for the Prize.

To be eligible for contest entries and rewards under the XTEN campaign, the following criteria must be met:
I. The campaign is open to all purchasers who register and secure their preferred unit with IJM Land properties during the campaign period.
II. Purchasers must comply with the registration and SPA signing deadlines to be eligible for rewards, including the contest entry for the luxury home.
III. Existing IJM Land purchasers who purchase additional units during the campaign period are eligible for the rewards, provided all terms and conditions are met.
IV. Sub-sale transactions and bulk purchases by agents are not eligible for contest entries or rewards.
V. Employees of IJM Corporation Berhad and its subsidiaries, including immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the contest for the luxury home and rewards.
