IJM Land Won FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024

We’re delighted to share our success at the prestigious FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence awards 2024.

Our luxury development, Saujana Duta in Seremban 2, received global recognition and was named the World Gold Winner for the Residential Low Rise Category at the award ceremony, held yesterday in Singapore. This follows its earlier win in the same category at the Malaysia Property AwardTM 2023 in March.

This unique award, dubbed the ‘Oscars of Real Estate,’ recognises projects that exemplify excellence across all real estate disciplines involved in their creation.
