Memorandum Of Understanding (MOUs) Signing Ceremony With Two Tenants – Aquila Education Pte Ltd And Han Woo Ri Korean Restaurant

IJM Land on Thursday signed memorandum of understanding (MOUs) with two tenants for its Riverine GEMZ located at Kuching Riverine Resort. The tenants are Aquila Education Pte Ltd and Han Woo Ri Korean Restaurant.

We are proud to enter into this synergistic partnership with Aquila Education in developing their first international school in Malaysia and providing high quality education to our community in Kuching.

We are also proud to count Han Woo Ri Korean Restaurant, famous for their Korean indoor BBQ as another tenant to further add to the vibrancy and liveliness of Riverine GEMZ.

We were honoured to have YB Datuk Amar Prof. Dr Sim Kui Hian, Deputy Premier of Sarawak and Minister of Public Health, Housing and Local Government Sarawak for the ceremony. The tossing of yee sang followed the MOU signing.
